Partygoer ... Prince Harry
IS PRINCE HARRY turning into LIAM GALLAGHER?
Boozed up ... Liam Gallagher
The party-loving royal is doing his best to imitate the wild Oasis frontman.
Royal salute ... Harry gives a rude gesture
Just take a look at Harry's behaviour in these photos and make up your own mind.
Wild ... singer Liam Gallagher
He's got the ciggies, the booze, the swagger and the rude hand gestures.
Up close ... Prince Harry and girl
Now all he needs to do is shack up with a C-list actress - and father a few kids by different women.
Smooch ... Liam and Nicole Appleton
(vs)
FOR most STONE ROSES fans, the dream of seeing IAN BROWN swagger on stage and belt out I Am The Resurrection died years ago.
But on Sunday, in the beautiful setting of Claremont Landscape Gardens in Surrey, he treated thousands of die-hards to more than an hour of classic Roses material.
Backed by Stone Roses tribute band FOOLS GOLD, Brown's gig included I Wanna Be Adored, Waterfall and She Bangs The Drum.
He even managed to surprise his most dedicated followers with some of his former band's rarest tracks, including Mersey Paradise, Sally Cinnamon and Where Angels Play.
Treat for the fans ... Ian belted out hits
He finished with his own hits My Star, Golden Gaze and the brilliant F.E.A.R - and they carried on seamlessly from the Roses songs.
Since the Stone Roses split in 1996, Brown has seldom played the music he penned with his ex-bandmates, guitarist JOHN SQUIRE, drummer RENI and bassist MANI.
So this was a fantastic chance for fans to relive old memories of the huge Roses gig at Spike Island, Widnes, in 1990.
A young NOEL GALLAGHER looked on that day - and was there again on Sunday to receive a reminder of where it all began for OASIS.
Noel will also feature on Ian's next single, Keep What You Got, taken from his fourth solo album, due out later this year.
The release of the follow-up to Heathen Chemistry has already been put back a number of times and they have now gone back to the drawing board again.
It is all a stark contrast to their triumphant gig at Glastonbury last month.
The project has certainly had its difficulties - Oasis stopped working with Death in Vegas for the album back in March.
It seems they abandoned the tracks they recorded together because they were not sounding up to scratch.

Oasis at the end of the line?
Rockers Oasis are in danger of never releasing another album - because they've lost their creative spark.
The Wonderwall band, fronted by guitarist Noel Gallagher and his singer brother Liam, have admitted to suffering a series of setbacks in the recording of the follow-up to 2002's Heathen Chemistry.
Earlier this month, Noel wrote a letter to British music magazine NME in which he confirmed Oasis had ditched a load of material they "didn't like" and that recent studio sessions have been "frustrating and fruitless".
But an insider tells UK newspaper the Daily Star: "Being in the studio with them, the chemistry between Noel and Liam just isn't what it was.
"They still have tensions and arguments, but it doesn't seem to gel into the music how it used to.
"I really can't see where this next album is going to come from. Everything they've done over the last year has been scrapped."

Hot shoe kerfuffle ... Liam in a fix
LIAM GALLAGHER gets into a bit of a kerfuffle after buying some shoes in Hampstead, North London, at the weekend. Blimey - if he's having that much trouble with the bag, imagine the bother he's going to get putting the shoes on. I hope for his sake they're Velcro.

In an email from the guitarist, he said that attempts to finish off their new album have proved to be "frustrating and fruitless".
Gallagher revealed that Oasis will start working on a new set of songs this month and are hoping to release the follow-up to 'Heathen Chemistry' at the beginning of next year.
He also wrote about the band's recent set at the Glastonbury festival, laughing off suggestions he and brother Liam demanded different dressing rooms and that they refused to see Paul McCartney's set together.
The letter read:
"Dear NME,
"We started talking about recording a new Oasis album in November last year. We thought it would be a great idea to try something different with the production this time around, and Liam came up with the idea of using Death In Vegas as producers/mixers, which everyone believed would be a fantastic collaboration.
"We drew up a list of songs (10 in total), booked Sawmills Studio in Cornwall and gave ourselves three weeks. Unfortunately, after the recording process we decided we didn't like anything we had played/recorded during those three weeks, and because of commitments with Death In Vegas, Richard Fearless and Tim Holmes couldn't find any more time to give to the project. It was then decided we would attempt to finish off the record ourselves, which so far has proven quite frustrating and fruitless. All the while, new songs have been written and old ones have fallen away. So we think the 'moment' for that particular record has passed.
"We plan to start work on a new set of songs some time in July and we hope to have a new album out in February/March 2005, so hopefully you will hear some new tunes by the end of the year.
"As for the other two points you've raised, the one about separate dressing rooms, is as usual, laughable. And as for not watching Macca from the stage, all I can say is Liam and his friends did, and me and my friends prefer the shared experience of the masses to the privileged position of the few. Now if you don't mind...
"Peace, love and bananas,
"Noel Gallagher."

Smiles all round ... LiamGallagher and pal
I'M worried about LIAM GALLAGHER. During a decade in the music industry he has scowled his way through every photo . . . until now.
Caught unawares and showing off what appears to be a new set of gnashers, he's beaming like our kid at Christmas time.
New gnashers ... Liam
More worryingly, the OASIS frontman is happy to give his mate an effeminate hug in full view of drinkers at a North London boozer.
Whatever next? Shopping for shoes with his gay stylist?
Let's hope he's back to snarling soon.

Put yer money in yer mouth
Undoutedly the biggest disappointment at Glastonbury was Oasis. Saying little to the crowd, looking even more miserable than usual and playing their hits in a trudging tiresome fashion left many fans heartbroken despite some quarters claiming it to be a 'triumphant' set.
VF bumped into Liam Gallagher backstage on Saturday and he said: "I fucking hate Glastonbury mate. I'm only here for the money. It's fucking shit. I've got to wear fucking wellies."
Then, in perhaps a veiled admission that the band could have done better, he said: "We were alright. It was OK. What else am I going to say? It's not going to change the world, is it?"
Explanations for the performance centred around an alleged row between the Gallaghers.
Kasabian singer Tom Meighan who had been hanging out with his idol, Liam, commented: "They had a row, they were both on it, big time." It quashes the myth that the Oasis camp had been a drug-free one.
Despite playing two new songs 'A Bell Will Ring' and 'The Meaning Of Soul', Noel Gallagher told the BBC that Oasis will have to think about a change of direction for the follow-up to Heathen Chemistry.
He said: "We've got to decide what kind of record we're going to do now, because the record that we tried to make with Death In Vegas, that kind of didn't happen and the moment has passed for that batch of songs. So it's back to the drawing board really. Hopefully, it will be out by the end of the year but I wouldn't have thought so."
Speaking on Sunday, festival organsier Michael Eavis said: "They didn't seem to want to be here. I was disappointed they never spoke to the crowd. They seemed grumpy to me - but maybe that's just their thing."
UK rock's best recent feud has come to an end as OASIS and STARSAILOR have kissed and made up.
The bands fell out spectacularly two years ago at the T In The Park festival when Starsailor frontman James Walsh approached Noel Gallagher to ask why he had called him a cock in interview. Gallagher replied that he didn't remember he had, but that if he did then Walsh probably was. Liam Gallagher became embroiled when he weighed into the argument and squared up to Walsh. The bands then fired several barbs at each other over the following months.
However, at Glastonbury last weekend (June 26), Liam approached James and made his peace.
"After Starsailor's set, the band went back to their dressing room and Liam was there," a source close to the band told NME.COM. "He held out his hand and told James life was too short for the fighting. And that was basically it. He hung about for a while afterwards having a drink and chewing the fat. So the feud is at an end."
At the height of the fall-out, NME minted special 'You Cock!' badges and circulated them during the 2002 summer festivals.
Starsailor are currently writing material for their third album. They expect to start recording before the end of the year.
Despite initially signing to an independent record company, Creation, in 1993, Gallagher insists the band have severed their indie roots - and share more in common with pop.
The singer says, "I love pop music. That's what we do. We're not an indie band. What's an indie band? To me that's the Inspiral Carpets or Echobelly. Forget that.
"What's the point of not putting out a great single every few months? That's what The Smiths used to do and it was an event."
